I purchased a Limitless (18ft 6") in July. These are hand made so it is not unreasonable to expect some minor issues, especially considering the many (probably unnecessary) additions I requested. I am also new to caravans so I had lots of questions, I had only one minor issue which they fixed first time. The support from the company was outstanding. The people beyond friendly and going out of their way to assist. For my experience, I can not recommend this company and staff highly enough.I am still to take the caravan away for the first trip and really looking forward to it.

A minor issue with one of the legs was sorted on the day i called with someone attending my address to sort it out. After thoroughly researching vans and manufacturers, we saw the Boutique vans at a caravan & camping show. My husband builds trailers and has trucks, and was so impressed by how solid the construction of these vans were, we placed an order for our Trackhawk van. We had so many alterations and extras and nothing was too much trouble for Lewis. The van was ready when promised and was exactly as we ordered. We are thrilled with it. We have now had it for 6 months and been EVERYWHERE with it, and have had no issues whatsoever. It tows extremely well and is comfortable and stylish. The appliances are high quality Australian and we are finding these are much better than what we have had previously in our vans. The price came in way under what other brands had given us. And yet the quality of this van is way better. At first we were dubious about such a new company in this market, especially when you hear so many horror stories, but we can only praise and highly recommend Lewis, his team and Boutique Caravans.

Like most, when collecting our Trackhawk from Boutique we were super excited and elated by it’s appearance and ease of towing as we headed home with it hooked up. As first time vanners the service we received prior, during and after pick up was nothing short of outstanding! Lewis was super knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. At collection we were provided with a detailed rundown of the van’s features which was extremely helpful.Some highlights of our Trackhawk include:Additional height inside which provides a comfortable, open feel to the van. It also allows us to have the overhead cupboards open without hitting our heads.Mattress insert to extend the bed for extra length. When the bed is made the bolster props up the pillows and provides a great place to read.Size and efficiency of the fridge. We have had days of 38+ degrees on our current trip and the fridge/freezer has stayed nice and cold.Club lounge provides a comfortable area to sit. We opted for the square lounge so that each of us could sit in a corner as opposed to the circular club.Washing machine works well and is great for your daily load.Privacy when changing in the van as you can pull over the 2 doors and it is like your very own change room.Thank-you to the Boutique family for the wonderful service and quality van.
