WOW, Boutique you deserve more than 5 stars, you have made a beautiful luxury caravan for us. Nothing was too hard for Lewis to make changes to the caravan the way we wanted it. As caravaners for 40 years this is the best we have ever seen. Thank you Boutique! We travelled home in very strong winds and the van held the road beautifully.A big thank you to Lewis and his team for building this beautiful van. Joe, we won’t forget you. Thank you for the comprehensive van introduction and the last minute changes that we made, also for being very prompt rectifying the minor problems.The whole process from planning to pick up was smooth.If you are looking to buy a van please consider Boutique.

We are over the moon with our van, was ordered in January and delivered at Easter like they promised. (Family Escape XT)With every little change we made from the bigger bathroom to the power points for the fridge in the front toolbox and so much more...The range of colours that they had on offer was next level for the interior and exterior, Alot of thought went into our colours and we couldn't thank these guys enough for the way it turned out..Highly recommended 👌 to anyone buying a van that has all the bells and whistle, Boutique all the way..

After thoroughly researching vans and manufacturers, we saw the Boutique vans at a caravan & camping show. My husband builds trailers and has trucks, and was so impressed by how solid the construction of these vans were, we placed an order for our Trackhawk van. We had so many alterations and extras and nothing was too much trouble for Lewis. The van was ready when promised and was exactly as we ordered. We are thrilled with it. We have now had it for 6 months and been EVERYWHERE with it, and have had no issues whatsoever. It tows extremely well and is comfortable and stylish. The appliances are high quality Australian and we are finding these are much better than what we have had previously in our vans. The price came in way under what other brands had given us. And yet the quality of this van is way better. At first we were dubious about such a new company in this market, especially when you hear so many horror stories, but we can only praise and highly recommend Lewis, his team and Boutique Caravans.

While other dealers were unable or unwilling to veer from the baseline build, Lewis and the team were only too happy to make modifications to suit our request. Our caravan has everything we asked for and is so much better than we could ever have imagined. The customisation and high-quality build standards are second to none. Like most, when collecting our Trackhawk from Boutique we were super excited and elated by it’s appearance and ease of towing as we headed home with it hooked up. As first time vanners the service we received prior, during and after pick up was nothing short of outstanding! Lewis was super knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. At collection we were provided with a detailed rundown of the van’s features which was extremely helpful.Some highlights of our Trackhawk include:Additional height inside which provides a comfortable, open feel to the van. It also allows us to have the overhead cupboards open without hitting our heads.Mattress insert to extend the bed for extra length. When the bed is made the bolster props up the pillows and provides a great place to read.Size and efficiency of the fridge. We have had days of 38+ degrees on our current trip and the fridge/freezer has stayed nice and cold.Club lounge provides a comfortable area to sit. We opted for the square lounge so that each of us could sit in a corner as opposed to the circular club.Washing machine works well and is great for your daily load.Privacy when changing in the van as you can pull over the 2 doors and it is like your very own change room.Thank-you to the Boutique family for the wonderful service and quality van. Thanks Lewis and Anthony for our fantastic van! The ability to choose colours, layout and options was fantastic. We have had the diesel heater going overnight on our last night away (Port Sorell, Tasmania) and it stayed beautiful and warm.We can't wait to start spending more time away, the design and suspension will let us tackle all the places we intend on going to.
