  We are new to caravan life and boutique have been nothing but amazing. Even when looking around from the minute we stepped into a boutique van the experience was positively different. There was no sales pitch just facts. We weren’t burdened with a whole Lot of this isn’t included etc. from the moment we locked in an order the service continued. The team were accommodating, supportive and helpful. We recently received our van and that’s when our experience of boutique and team went to the next level again and we are lost for words how amazing Lewis and the team have been. We had a few teething issues and they have gone above and beyond with that. What goes above that is how helpful and supportive they have been just helping us get into caravan life the accessories needed and the support around those. These things are not a van builders issuer or responsibility but when boutique say your part of a family they actually mean it. We are still very much in the beginning of our journey but the quality of the build, the support, the welcoming of us and our kids this whole experience has been heartwarming, exciting and genuinely positive. We look forward to the memories we can make with our family and continuing our journey as part of the boutique family. To Lewis and his team thank you for all you have done so far and we have no doubt will help us with going forward.   If you want service, or to be apart of the van family and to have a laugh along the way then stop here. Lewis and his team have gone above and beyond all expectation of service. We researched for so long as we knew what we wanted and that was to go to a 18foot van but wanted the rear bunk layout. Our first phone call was just the start of our journey with boutique family, Lewis response was first laughed and said let’s make this dream of yours a reality. Every step and question was never “oh we can’t do that” it was more “ let’s make this happen” we tested every inch of space in our van and to have our van now we are in absolute shock on the level of quality and the finishes that boutique have to offer not to mention the space!! We will never build with anyone other than boutique!!

  The best thing we’ve ever towed

  We bought our Boutique Family Escape caravan from Lewis and his crew, and let us tell you—this van is an absolute weapon. Not only does it turn heads everywhere we go, it’s built like a tank, finished like a boutique hotel, and somehow still manages to feel like home.

  We just hauled it all the way from Melbourne to Ayers Rock, and not once did it let us down. Handled the red dirt, the corrugations, and even our kids’ mess like an absolute champion. It’s roomy, stylish, clever in its layout, and so comfy we had to remind ourselves we weren’t at the Hilton.

  Lewis, mate—you’re a legend. From the first phone call to handover, you made the whole experience feel easy and personal. None of that soulless dealership garbage—just honest, passionate service and real love for what you do.

  If you’re thinking of getting a van and don’t want some cookie-cutter crap from a production line, get yourself a Boutique. You’ll thank yourself later when you’re watching the sun set over Uluru with a cold drink in your hand and zero regrets.

  3 months ago we built our second van with Boutique Caravans, previously having a 18 6’ off road limitless, we upgraded our van to 20 6’ semi off road Boutique Highlander. Knowing exactly what we wanted and slightly modifying the design to be our “forever van”.

  Lewis and Sam delivered exactly our vision with the same amazing service and quality as we had received with the first van. Post delivery, the after sales service has been nothing short of amazing, every question and phone call answered (and answered by the same person you dealt with when ordering, not a call centre or a promise to get back to you. Any issues are dealt with immediately (and any issue we have had has been extremely minor, Sam even driving to our property 2 and a half hours away to address our minor issue with picnic table). You are truly treated like a part of the Boutique family.

  Nothing is ever an issue for these guys and the build and finishes stand out as the highest quality. Built in Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺 with excellent communication throughout the build process, and delivered before our agreed date.

  If you’re thinking about buying a Boutique Caravan, a company that listen, give practical advice and work with you to create your dream then I suggest contacting the team. JUST DO IT! We spotted it at a caravan expo & Boutique stood out by a long shot, chatted to them and the process was easy and enjoyable & great value!

  If your looking to buy a van don’t go past this professional caring team, they use quality products with pristine finishes. The finish is stunning, the fridge and freezer is trendy and large, the sinks & tapware are stunning. The bed area brilliant and mattress is so so comfortable because it’s all good Quality. Lewis takes NO shortcuts.

  We picked our new van up & headed across the Nullaboor and we are Very proud of it, towed beautifully and just loving it!

  We did not buy direct through Lewis but ended up doing our hand over with Lewis on a Sunday morning. He was very accomodating with our pickup time.

  We were able to get a what I consider a custom caravan in 6 weeks, initially we were told 2 weeks but it was worth the wait. We have what I think is an absolutely stunning van that has been well built.

  Due to time restraints we have only had 2 short trips to date both 1 night each. I have tried to test everything in those trips with only the washing machine untouched to date. We had 1 cupboard not staying closed when travelling and Lewis immediately sent us a new latch which fixed the problem.

  My list of wants was long and we managed to get everything we wanted at an excellent price. The bonus for us was the insulation, which I was concerned about. On pickup Lewis pointed out that our van had Foilboard insulation, a product which I know very well. Our van is well insulated and the bonus of Foilboard is its noise proofing we were parked right next to a fair and could barely hear a thing.

  If you are looking at a Boutique Lewis is the man to deal with.

  After thoroughly researching vans and manufacturers, we saw the Boutique vans at a caravan & camping show. My husband builds trailers and has trucks, and was so impressed by how solid the construction of these vans were, we placed an order for our Trackhawk van. We had so many alterations and extras and nothing was too much trouble for Lewis. The van was ready when promised and was exactly as we ordered. We are thrilled with it. We have now had it for 6 months and been EVERYWHERE with it, and have had no issues whatsoever. It tows extremely well and is comfortable and stylish. The appliances are high quality Australian and we are finding these are much better than what we have had previously in our vans. The price came in way under what other brands had given us. And yet the quality of this van is way better. At first we were dubious about such a new company in this market, especially when you hear so many horror stories, but we can only praise and highly recommend Lewis, his team and Boutique Caravans.

The good thing about him was that he actually listened to what we wanted and needed to get out of the van and they custom made it to suit our needs.   Thanks Lewis and Anthony for our fantastic van! The ability to choose colours, layout and options was fantastic. We have had the diesel heater going overnight on our last night away (Port Sorell, Tasmania) and it stayed beautiful and warm.

  We can't wait to start spending more time away, the design and suspension will let us tackle all the places we intend on going to. Lewis made the process of getting the van to Tasmania easy and stress less.
